Fabric takes up approximately one third of the space in this small location. I have generally been able to find what I need when I'm here but its not the products that detract from the experience. Their customer service could use an upgrade. When you are at the cutting counter there is a lot of sighing and negative facial expressions. Even when the store seems empty there's a line of people waiting and waiting. The speed with which things are conducted here does not improve when trying to check out. Often, there are not enough staff on the registers. On my most recent visit, there was one person working the register with 6 or so people in front of me. I waited a very long time to make my purchase... so long that I almost considered leaving my items behind. Whats worse is there were two other employees hanging out by the cutting counter, chatting. I had seen one of them at the registers when I first walked in so that would not have prevented them from coming to help out. Frustrating, as this is something that happens consistently. Fortunately, I do not have to rely on this location as there are other craft stores closer to me. When I need to stop here though, I wish things were improved a bit.

The place is small, but it is pretty packed with a variety of decorating and crafting supplies and the selection changes throughout the year. The largest section of the store is the fabric section. Because the store is small, if you go there for something in particular the selection may seem limited (depending on what you're seeking). That said, It is pretty rare that they don't have something I'm looking for. There are some advantages to the smaller space. It is easy to find what you need, without having to ask for help (like I find I have to do at larger craft supply stores). When you do need help, the staff are knowledgeable and eager to assist.

However, lately every time I have been to the store it is FILTHY with stock all over the aisles that you cannot even walk through. The shelves are always empty and the store is a mess. It has become completely run down and not pleasant to shop at. I'm shocked considering the plaza is getting an overhaul and adding 4 new businesses including a Five Below that will cripple the Dollar Tree. Especially if they keep the store the way it is currently. With an entire store a mess, all employees were at the register goofing off and talking so loudly. I grabbed what I needed and left promptly. I'll be going to another location from now on. Having a store run by high school students and no adult management, is probably not a great idea. I hope they get their stuff together soon.
