And the section of nonalcoholic spirits and wines have been reduced by half! Is not being an alcoholic to woke now or what???

A major overhaul needs to be done in the franchises business plan changing the name is obviously not the answer. Maybe get rid of the so called coupons and cut prices or keep the coupons and lose the confusing exclusions. I left over 200.00 worth of merchandise on the counter and it wasn't because of the 25.00 I would have saved. It was the 20 minutes of the clerks trying to figure it all out.

He even cut the tag off my glasses that I purchased. Enjoyed the interaction with this young man. Often times corporate America loses its vision on the simplicities of honest good customer service. They focus on the wrong qualities and services that bring people back to their business time and time again. Van nailed it. Prayers for this young man for success and excellence in his future. Was informed at the CS desk that they don't take items back after 180 days anymore. I told the lady that that wasn't the policy when I bought it. She then said it was a Covid thing. I kid you not!!! I looked at her and said "what the hell does Covid have to do with my vacuum not charging?" She looked at me with that deer in the headlights look and ask if I wanted to talk to the manager. That conversation didn't go anywhere. I'm done with Kohl's. You just lost my family as costumers. I sure they don't care, but they should. How many national stores are going under? But quite honestly, in this community, Walmart is a vital piece of this economy compared to other larger cities with more competition (like Target). This Terre Haute Walmart deserves a quick shout out because the pharmacy is exceptional and they finally repaved the parking lot. I say this having been to this Walmart maybe 100 times over the years while visiting my folks....going to the pharmacy having parked a car in their lot. The line up of staff behind that pharmacy counter has been so sincerely nice to my parents over many years. I have witnessed it countless times. They are authentic in their dealings with people and my folks and this deserves to be recognized. They are knowledgeable and professional. They are a tremendously busy pharmacy too. And that parking lot was a busted up piece of pothole crap for such a long time. What a big difference a new parking lot can make a standard Walmart feel. Well done in jazzing It up Walmart, well overdue. So yeah Walmart, you deserve some Yelp love with a 4 from me.

I love Dollar Trees... and this one is my absolute favorite…read more I don't live in Terre Haute, but I pass through a couple times a month. And THIS store is one I stop at EVERY time. The selection is the best of any Dollar Tree that I have ever shopped at, and they seem to have the holiday and seasonal items either before the other stores - or just the best of what Dollar Tree has to offer (which is getting better each year). In fact, there are times I will make the drive strictly to pick up a few things that I can't find anywhere else. The store is clean, bright, and fully stocked.. and the staff is very nice and helpful. There is one cashier (Sweetie, I am sorry I don't know your name - but I WILL ask you for the next time I roll through and will add it in here!) who is probably the happiest and friendliest women I have ever dealt with at a Dollar Tree or ANY store. You can't be in her presence without leaving with a smile. She makes shopping there - a joy. (Pssst: Dollar Tree - give this woman a raise and make her a company spokesperson!)
