I only pay cash, if I have it on hand and I no longer use electronic forms of payment or cards after being hacked and loosing hundreds. I think it is very discriminatory to exclude the elderly just because we pay in a safer manner. If you are going to enact such a policy, then you should post your policy on the front doors. That would have saved me 40 minutes in your store, and I could have gone to your competitors sooner.
