I have had their fried fish which is delicious. I have had both their grilled and fried shrimp and they were great too. Their salads and potatoes are excellent sides. It's hard to find GREAT southern soul food in Houston. This is one of the only places. I just wish they were open at the times their Yelp and Facebook says their open. The guys and the one chick I have noticed work the truck often are honest and sincere. Hope they get it together by taking some business courses so that this hopefully this truck survives with the same fast, quality food and great service.

Part of the Food Truck Park on the south side of Westheimer just a little bit West of Hillcroft/Voss, east of Fondren. It's a mostly Mid-Eastern food park with some of the best Iraqi and Turkish food in the entire State. But there are other amazing items on offer here, and Flava is one of them.
