A fee was set for cleaning my vehicle and when the guys got here, they started talking DID YPU GET THE A1 or THE A2 PACKAGE. I scheduled an appointment for an interior detail job for my vehicle. Big Mike never showed up. I then received a text message over an hour after my appointment time telling me Mike was outside. I told him to park behind the house by the garage. After apologizing for a miscommunication with the receptionist, he told me to reschedule because he wouldn't have enough time to complete the job. So, I went inside and rescheduled through their website because, no one answers the phone. I then received a text message saying they will not reschedule because they don't work in my area. WTF!
