Responds to initial call and sets up appointment. Unfortunately, he has too many customers, so he is not on time and will reschedule a few times. Once he arrives to location, he does very well with regular wash and waxing. I don't recommend OPTI coat at all, if u decide to do a ceramic coating go to a detailer that has a shop and select from other choices. Soooo here's the scenario: I went on a quick road trip to Northern California from San Diego with a 5 month old and a 6 year old last weekend. I needed coffee BAD for the long haul and ended up spilling it on the way home. Fast forward a few days later and my entire car smelled like GARBAGE! I thought I had cleaned most of it but I was WRONG. I couldn't ride around in my car smelling like that and have my kids in there! I called Will at Wise Guys Mobile detailing for a last minute "HELP ME!." We finally were able to agree on a time that worked best for us. He showed up a few minutes before our scheduled 7am appointment and got straight to work. The carpets and mats look AMAZING, better than the dealership! Finally, I've found a car detailer that does an excellent job! I was so frustrated with paying a lot of money to people who constantly left water spots and dirt on my cars. Wise Guys are friendly, professional and very patient because I often call them at the last minute and they go out of their way to deliver. Where do I start- I'm a dirty girl!! I live on a dirt road next to a dirty horse on a dirt lot. Will laid his hands on my brown car and made it white!! Earlier in the year I moved from the East Coast and was unable maintain the normally pristine appearance of my BMW 440 convertible due to the pandemic. These guys were great! I was able to get a same day appointment and although they were unable to show up at the original time, they called ahead of the appointment time to let me know they were running late and to make sure the new time would work for me. The did a full detail including clay bar. They were also able to vacuum out every single dog hair! The car looks spotless. I also found their prices to be reasonable; $125 for that thorough of a job was well worth it. I will definitely be using these guys again. read more
