I originally brought my car to 2020 Auto Detail for a ceramic coating because I wanted long-term protection, easy maintenance and a great value. Unfortunately, the product they are using is not professional grade. Within a relatively short period, I noticed significant issues -- hard water stains, swirl marks, and loss of the slick, protective finish. I followed proper wash techniques, so these problems weren't from neglect. When I returned to share my concerns, they offered a goodwill reapplication at no charge, which I appreciated. After learning the product being used I opted to get a paint decontamination and stripping of the old product to prep the vehicle for professional grade ceramic elsewhere. They agreed to decontaminate the vehicle to remove swirls and water marks throughout the vehicle, wash, and wax it. Upon pickup, the vehicle was spotless but the swirl and water marks remain. While I respect that they stood by their work and offered a redo, my recommendation to others would be to confirm exactly which ceramic coating is being applied and research its performance before committing. This shop is great for detailing but not ceramic coat or paint decontamination. read more

My car had scratches from a bad car wash experience and I was looking for a professional to take care of it for a reasonable price. I submitted an online request for a quote and got a response quickly from Carlo.He was able to get me scheduled and I was on my way to have my 2008 Acura TSX detailed. The exterior detail included clay bar to remove impurities followed by wax and the interior included cleaning of carpets and conditioning of my leather. My car is parked at the airport for days at a time and I wanted to continue to protect my cars paint. My car was not excessively dirty but let me tell you this, when I got back to the shop I was blown away. My 2008 Acura looked like it was back in the showroom 15 years ago. Door jams immaculate and all scuff marks gone. George was the person to help me at the shop and he was genuinely nice and explained to me what his team would do. Have gone twice now - once for full detailing and once for just a wash which is great because I don't think there are many go-to detailing spots that'll do just a standard wash/wipe/vacuum. Carlo always answers the phone (another rarity). Super responsive & great at getting back. I feel like the rates are reasonable and if you have to wait for your vehicle there's a good taco shop around the corner (yummy tacos) and other places within walking distance as well. Product drippage from the plastic along the top edge of my truck bed is not an issue *thankfully* & water/soap runoff from my side mirrors after I drive away is minimal. Both are huge plusses for me. I paid by Venmo both times but I'm pretty sure they also accept cash and card. Mobile detailers are cool but it's also nice having somewhere to take your ride to ... glad I found these guys. read more
