We have been customers for over 7 years, never had a single issue or complaint... until last week…read morethey decided they are now too lazy to get out of their trucks to move our can just a little closer since they are advanced with only using a claw machine. So they took a photo of our trash FULL but a few feet too far away from the road for them to "pick it up" they insisted we pay another free to have them come back and get it during their route. Absolutely not, so we just canceled since they wouldn't come back. So we waited ANOTHER week with endless trash piling up, dealing with animals ripping it open, etc... (we have a large family) they then sent someone to get our can but not our trash (even though we paid this quarter already) and he DUMPED our trash into the driveway and took the can. We fought with the same customer representative repeatedly as she insisted we pay AGAIN (money hungry), until finally transferred to a man who promised it was unprofessional of them and he would send someone TODAY to pick up the scattered bags and trash they dumped. No one ever showed...

Way more than I could put on the curb. It was raining and two days just before New Year's and these two women came the morning after I contacted them! Cost $175! It's rare when the price I imagine is the price I get. No surprises, very reasonable. I chose Mary and Michelle because they not only take your garbage but also donate worthwhile items to the homeless in your stead. Very sweet women and very fair service!
