I was expecting to wait a few days before I received my copies, but they were ready in about 30 minutes, which was an absolute shock to me! All in all, this was a great experience and we'll be back. Pretty standard, nothing wrong there. Turns out we probably should have just included 1/3" bleeders or maybe just shot ourselves in the head. I'm not sure why they decided to blow up the background in the mailers but they did. This resulted in our client's head being cut off. Will never in a million years use this company again, even if they paid us.
