After finally showing up they come once in April and once in May....then NOTHING. They do not come at all in June. Finally on July 13th I call to cancel services and explain how they never show up (and also that our bug issue wasn't resolved anyway) and the agent tells me that I am signed up for services every 2 months and not every month! What!? Why would I do that- totally inaffective. So she says she has cancelled the account and all is good. So TODAY is SATURDAY July 24th- I wake up at 8:15 am to see an email saying that Orkin came to my vacation rental property at 7AM!!! Guests have windows without curtains and even when we had service with them they were told they could only come week days between 10am and 4pm!!! Now I'm getting calls from very angry people that they woke up to a creeper outside of their windows at 7am. Orkin is the absolute WORST! Currently spending another hour of my life on the phone with them to try YET AGAIN to cancel services with them. I was just given apologies (which are worth nothing) and reassured that now it definitely is cancelled. DO NOT HIRE ORKIN. BUNCH OF CLOWNS

I called this company because I wanted to support a local business and we needed our crawlspace…read moreevaluated for any active pests as well as moisture protection. The tech came out as scheduled, took a look around our crawlspace and said there didn't appear to be any active infestations at the time. So far so good. Then I asked him how much it would cost for preventative termite treatment and moisture control for the crawlspace as it tends to flood during heavy rains and right now we only have a very rudimentary pump. The tech said he'd head back to the office and get an estimate drawn up for me and have one of his office assistants call me back in the next few days. I thanked him and he went on his way, and I felt a little weight off my shoulders that soon our concerns would be taken care of. That was approximately two to three months ago. I never got a call from Hendersonville Pest with an estimate for any of the services I requested. We wanted those services rendered before the holidays, and as that didn't happen, we have been too busy and stretched thin financially from other obligations that have come up since that our crawlspace STILL hasn't been attended to. Frankly, it made me feel like this company didn't care enough for our business to even make an effort. I would've even appreciated it if they'd told me they were simply too busy to take on the workload right now. I even would've appreciated a call a couple of weeks later apologizing for losing us in the shuffle. But there was absolutely no communication with us at all. We were simply ignored or forgotten about, and neither one of those things speaks well for the company. We'll be looking elsewhere for services once we have the funds to fix our crawlspace.

IPI installed two contraptions that have eliminated all mosquitos and we are now enjoying our front and back porches with zero mosquitos, and also enjoying our meals outside! It's amazing. I knew there had to be a way to rid of them...but the foggers were only very temporary. This system is serviced by Isaac and is completely headache free for me. We have one treating the front of the house and one treating the rear of the house. One treats roughly 1200 sqft so my neighbor is also enjoying the benefits as we live downtown.
