Walk in Saturday morning oil change. I was told it would be "a while." Understandable. Two hours later, the only communication I received was that which I initiated myself. I then went to look at my vehicle myself. It was unattended and apparently just waiting for the vehicle in the bay in front of it to be done so that my vehicle could be moved. A little communication goes a long way in customer service guys. At this point I don't know why I would return here. read more

I am very sure this business is going grow and will be the best in this area. I went twice to them for some small issues with my cars, they fixed it in an hour and didn't charge anything saying that it was small issue and doesn't require any payment. Seriously, I am itching to pay them. I couldn't convince them twice,For same issue with my tire, I went to another shop in town earlier and they wanted to get me a new tire on top of workmanship. Refused to do a flat repair because treads supposedly too low. I've bought tires there for years. Sales guy at the front downgraded all the numbers written on the sheet on tread by a point for whatever the guy in y he back wrote. I've been a customer of their's for some time now and have always found them willing and able to do what needs done for my vehicle...everything from simple tire rotations to fairly extensive repairs....like the control arms I just had r & r ed. They don't do anything without first consulting me and are very good at suggesting work they find my vehicle is in need of. I never leave reviews but just felt like I needed to today. Went in because my passenger rear tire kept going flat, within 30 minutes they had my car done and called me. When I went to go pick it up the guy helping me was so friendly and nice. Brought my car in for battery replacement due to multiple warning lights coming up. They told me my battery didn't need replaced (another place told me it did) so I went to get my car. As soon as I got in my car it told me my coolant was low. I got out and noticed coolant all over the ground under my car. Poured some in and low and behold...it wouldn't hold a drop!! Needless to say, my car was full of coolant and had ZERO leaks when I dropped it off. They said they'd fix it on Saturday and on Monday the owner called my husband and said he would not take responsibility and threatened to have my car towed if we didn't get it off his property. Went there to get a tire patched said they couldn't fix it. so I had them swap out the tires for my summer tires and some how they lost one of my winter tires and replaced it with a bad tire that was for a 20 inch rim. (the car has 19 inch rims) When I got home I saw it wasn't my tire so I took it back. They tried looking for it but couldn't find it said they would call the other customers to see if they had accidentally put it in their car. 3 weeks later they are now trying to blame me saying the 20 inch tire was in the car with the other summer tires. Came in from Wyoming, the wheels they ordered from their buyer in Salt Lake sent 3 that were the same and 1 that wasn't for our car. Big O rescheduled our appt and gave us a free wheel. I had dropped my wife off for a Dr appt and Big O had all 8 tires remounted, balanced and changed out with them back on the car in time to pick my wife up from her Dr appt. very reputable I will continue to go there! Came here to get tires put on. Was told it would be an hour or maybe a little over an hour. So we come back an hour later and nothing had been worked on. Our car was still sitting in the parking lot. I realize that things might be busy. But if it is busy, then don't promise the job will be done in an hour. Go to Walmart. At least you can grocery shop while you wait. read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced! I bought four new tires for my car, I leave and go to a store about a mile down the road, come out of the store and notice I'm missing a hubcap. So I drive back thinking maybe they forgot to put it on. Nope. It has fallen off. When I get there the guy goes and gets the workers who replaced the tires and they tell him that there were clips 'missing' on two of the hubcaps. So he walks me out to my car and pulls on the front hubcap and yep, it's also loose. He tells me he'll order me a set of two hubcaps, that this isn't my fault (obviously) and that he'll have them ready by tomorrow and take care of the cost. It takes me two days to get in and when I show up they don't have the hubcaps because they need a picture of my hubcaps. Seriously?! Why didn't you get this when you were going to order the caps? So they take a pic and tell me they have to run and grab them. He comes back an hour later with caps that look nothing like mine and then tells me how much I owe! Are you kidding me?! So I tell him I was told this would be covered by the company and he calls the guy who I had talked to. It's then relayed to me that I was mistaken and had been told that they would give me the hubcaps at their price. What a freaking lie! That was NEVER discussed. In the end I had to pay for a set of ugly hubcaps that I didn't want after the workers broke my hubcaps! This was the worst customer service ever! And if you're going to make me pay for the hubcaps I should have at least got to pick them out! Especially since they didn't end up bringing back ones that looked like mine.
