Plenty of comfy seats, and the self-serve station was a dream: endless Diet Coke from the fountain (I may have had... several), fresh coffee with all the fixings, and even popcorn. Six or eight different phone numbers didn't answer or told me that it would be a week before they could fit me in. Then I noticed that the local Jiffy Lube does brakes. Short version is they found out that I was down to metal and needed new brakes. They changed my oil and did all of the things they usually do in just a few minutes then spent the rest of the day fixing my brakes. I am so happy to be back on the road having lost only a day.

My Chevy Silverado 2021, it seems has issues by the manufacturer on the emissions system and I had to pay for my own repairs until I looked it up this last time. They wanted to charge me $500 just for the part, not including the 6-hour fee for putting it in and I found online while I waited for it to get fixed that it was a recall item in emissions. Then they didn't charge me after I showed the issue on my laptop that I happen to have with me. I have had to deal with emissions issues now for several years and I only have 40,000 miles on it. The people that work there are very nice, but the problem left me devastated until I found the recall. If I hadn't found it online, I would have maxed out my credit card if I had enough to cover the charge. I have done business with High Country for over 30 years, and this is the worse problem I have ever had. I also had to wait all day with no transportation available. This is a common occurrence. I will be going to a different dealership for my next car or truck.
