Big O tires in Warrensburg saved my life! My Chevy Traverse blew out its water pump right after I picked up my daughter from UCM to head back home for the summer. The manager went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe because I had to leave it for the weekend loaded up with her dorm stuff. They called and communicated the issues and cost and didn't make me feel pressured. The repair went without incident and has been running just fine! read more

The first time I went there for oil change and tire service, with appointment, I still had to wait 3 hours. After that I talked with them and said I could not continue with their service if it was going to take so long. Several times afterward, the service was reasonable. But today with a scheduled appointment, after an hour, I asked why they had not started. Their explanation was, they were busy and got behind. I was never updated about the delay. I don't understand how they schedule work with their service technician but just appears to be disorganized. These people do good work and I will recommend this part of my experience but beware that you may be sitting for a long time. As for me, I collected my car key and left. They were a bit understaffed at the time but really provided great customer service. We were moving cross country and a rear tire exploded on a car that we were towing behind a U-Haul. We were in a hurry to continue our move and we were in and out of their shop within an hour. They took great care of us. I highly recommend the store. read more

I have gone to Warrensburg Big O Tires for about 5 years now. 8 times out of 10 my problem repeats itself and I have to go back. I have given them many chances but after this most current one, I am done. This last time- I purchased a brand new tires on a Friday. By the time I got home after having them put on, I notice a nail. I'm going on vacation and have to use a different vehicle since Big O is closed over weekends. I get back to town after vacation and schedule a time to come in and have it fixed. It takes an hour and a half and l notice someone who came after me is taken care of before me. They did not have an appt. The tire gets "fixed." I drive home. By the following morning my tire is completely flat and on its rim. This is only one example of many over 5 years. They refuse to replace the tire they can't fix (that was just purchased.) I made an appointment at 2pm and after waiting an hour, I asked them how much longer it would take and was told not much longer. A man immediately went and got my car for it to be inspected. This making appointments with businesses who cannot stick with their schedule unless you ask about it, is ridiculous. They have one man designated to do inspections, so beware to not make any appointments afterwards because you're not going to make it. They put new rims in my car one time they torqued my car they've done a lot for my car I didn't do a lot but there worth it they do it by the book. Does take a bit but there cool and the waiting area is very nice. So yeah use them read more

Took my car to big O right before Christmas to fix a flat. They told me they could fix it and install a new tpms sensor. 15 min later, after they had already broken my old TPMS sensor, they came back to talk to me again and told me they actually can't fix my tpms because their tool wasn't programmed for my dodge truck (2008 ram). They installed a basic rubber stem and I left and drove over an hour to KC. Once I got to where I was going in KC I checked my wheel because it had been shaking on my way there. All 5 of my lug nuts were only finger tight. Avoid big O at all costs if you value ur vehicle and your safety. read more

I'd just like to say the people in the front at the desk are decent people but whoever they got running it back in the mechanic department are not the smartest. I went in to get my rear PASSENGER tire replaced but instead they changed the DRIVER side tire so I went back and told them they messed up and he was trying to up sell me on there mistake asking if I wanted to spend another 150 on another bc they couldn't put the old one back on. We ended up agreeing on putting the spare tire on the driver side and fix the passanger tire. After I left I looked in my rear seat and they just through my spare tire on top of all my tools and extension cords and push all the shovels and tools in there way in to my back seats and back floorboard. I feel like if you can pull the spare tire out of the same spot you can put the one you mistakenly put on back in the right spot and not just toss it in like you have no common sense or respect for other things! read more

Terrible, I highly recommend you go anywhere beside here, had my truck inspected here prior to purchase, less the 800 miles after that came in for safety inspection and truck completely failed and they wanted to charge me well over $1,000 to get it to pass, the Answer was 800 miles could cause lots of ware and tear on a vehicle. I highly recommend you go to KC or any place Other than Warrenesburg BIg O, the are trying to fill their pockets, and find anything to make sure the make money and take money from you during the pandemic. Absolutely horrible. I had my vehicle towed Twice to fix tire problems... From the tires they supposedly fix the first time. Tires went flat in driveway after I got home. Different techs each time and each tech diagnosed differently. I spent the entire day there waiting. I went to Walmart the next day after a nightmare at Big O Tires the day before. Walmart was able to fix everything cheaper and better service. I cannot believe I waisted All that money with Big O Tires. At the point when I had to have my truck towed there for the second time I should have been refunded everything I spent there and fixed for free and refund of towing expenses. If I could rate this place lower than one I would! read more

My experience at the Warrensburg Big O has always been a positive one. I have never had any trouble with any the services and they have always given me a good deal on some of the specials that they have sponsored. Terrible service! Made an appointment 2 days in advance for 3:30 and waited until 4:30 before anyone ever touched the car at all to put it in a bay. The appointment was for an alignment and we asked if they could check a tire for us. They removed the rear tire and the car sit with the tire leaned against it for another half hour before we finally inquired about it. Nothing at all was done with the alignment in the whole time and they claimed our one year old tire was "too old to fix" even though we had another tire on the same car that was purchased at the same time, repaired by their shop in the city just 2 weeks prior with no issue. I guess I went through a time and space wormhole after visiting their other business. Finally near 5:30 we got our vehicle back with absolutely zero work done on it. Already two bad experiences with this new company. We lost our passenger front wheel after having new tires by this locations store. By "lost our wheel" I mean all of it, tire, wheel, all five lugs and lug studs. The whole thing sheared off at the hub. Our vehicle dropped and slid about 400 yards down the highway on three wheels. Luckily no one was harmed. We took our car in to have new tires as well a couple days later but before the accident with the other vehicle and now it is already having issues with flats from where they damaged the rim/s read more
