Yes, I agree, this is a very unprofessional company. Be careful, they will keep charging your credit card with extra fees. They are not honest with you on the phone so make sure you record every conversation you have with their service reps. If only I recorded my conversations, I could of taken these people to court to get my money back. What was supposed to be $450 turned out to be over $700. My service rep, who's name I won't mention because she called me to try and start a fight about what was said, was dishonest about the service and what was included. FYI, all the service reps and sales reps cover for each other so watch out! That's where this company gets you because after they pick up your dumpster, they add extra charges of material and weight that was supposed to be included to begin with and there is no way of knowing what the end price will be. It will be their word against yours. So save yourself a lot of stress and headache .... Don't, I repeat, DON'T use this company. Especially if you are not in SC. They charged me $750 for a 30 yard dumpster, placed it up against a tree so I couldn't open the door, and then charged me an additional $55.20 for alleged excessive weight.
