(Btw, The correct solution is to have new folks go inside. Super easy, and doesn't inconvenience everyone else.) When I complained to the manager about being forced to wait in line for a long period of time (while the person in front of my slowly and leisurely sign-up for the "quick" monthly service") he told me I was to blame for the situation! I suggest he is not a good manager and should be retrained in proper customer service or perhaps demoted. I am considering cancelling my membership based on this terrible service.

I was trying to straighten out to avoid getting damaged. They fold back both mirrors, but no one bothers to put them back, so you have to park and adjust them - not a drive through. AND I don't know why the blowers are set up to practically break your wiper arms. The tailgate is still dirty, but I got most of the mountain dirt off, so I guess it's going to have to do.
