I am very disgusted and offended by the behavior of the two male employees working today (one who wears sunglasses and a younger/shorter one who wears pajamas) I had a frustrating encounter with the shorter one, last week and I left a poor review. I was told today that they refuse to serve me, and was told to leave. I have never been treated so horribly and with such disrespect!!! They were so rude and condescending!! All because a poor review?? Wow!! I was surprised at how busy the store was around 5:00 p.m. The parking lot is a decent size, and the cars rotate quickly. As you walk in, you'll see 5 or 6 isles of liquor and wine plus cooler on the side wall. The store was clean, and the isles were clear. No stepping around boxes or stocking products. I do wish the isles were marked to help customers find things faster. The back wall is where you request smaller bottles of liquor and pay. There were two friendly employees working, and it took seconds to checkout. I was probably in the store for less than 5 minutes. They are very efficient. When I entered the bourbon section was in front of me. A friendly clerk acknowledged me. I asked for any allocated bourbon and was directed to the rear where they had a few nice selections. She stated they got a truck in this morning and most was already gone. The store was clean and presented nicely. They are one stop shop for Spirits. Wine & Beer. The staff remained friendly as I browsed the shelves for bourbon. She stated she was newer, but she wanted to learn more about whiskey. The selection was weak unfortunately. Prices were good. Although I left Big Red empty handed I was very impressed with the female staff who went out of her way to assist me. 3.5 rounding up with strong service.
