okay so I stopped at the Big Red Valero / Burger King on Colonel and like 15 minutes ago I took my big red cup in there that I purchased yesterday to get a refill and I get charged full price because now unless you have a big giant mug you can't even get refills unless you want to pay full price for a new drink can you tell me what's wrong with that picture just letting you guys know and giving you a heads-up don't think you can go in and get a refill for whatever it used to be because it's not that no more. What a way to honor their customers Disappointed but Kum and Go here I come. read more

Like for example I purchased a bag of Doritos, my son tasted them and said they are stale, the damn foreign guy looks at me all funny and then whispers to the black lady and said they are not stale or expired. I kindly told him well my son said they are stale and he don't like stale chips I want to swap them out for another bag. I'm ok with no refund but damn swap the chips out for something else. He said he can't do that so I said well toss them in the trash ( now I did buy 2 bags = 1 open & 1 not open). $7 gone and I purchased another bag of chips "different brand" now hadn't this been done the American way to ppl who come here on a regular for fuel & etc. it should have been said, mam no problem, gone swap them out no issue, so no it wasn't the case I purchased another $3 bags of chips "different brand" I will not be coming here to purchase anything ever again and I called my bank to reverse the charges & they did reverse them with no hesitation, thanks Arkansas Federal Credit Union... no one should purchase anything here, ICE will be informed about this place and the workers along with the health department, I'm sure the food is up to health department standards.
