I was home sick and missed his call, but ran out when I heard him knocking. I let him know the situation and he started yelling at me immediately that he already had to work a holiday (not my problem). He wouldn't give me even a second to call my contractor and was yelling that he was going to charge me the $125 fee and leave. I finally had a moment to call my contractor who told me the keys were in the car and I moved it. It takes one second to be nice and working on a holiday is part of running your own business.
