Previously, I had tried to have a big Kawasaki shop in Houston (Wild West) unsuccessfully fix it. K&P Motorsports (Kawasaki-Suzuki of Marble Falls) found the problem and gave me a cost and time estimate to fix it. Both time and cost were spot on. It was not cheap to fix, but I got what I paid for and the noise is finally gone. Perhaps another review missed the large sign near the counter indicating that once they let you know a repair is done, it must be picked up in 5 days or they start charging you.
