Alejandro and his crew left my yard a complete embarrassment the entire summer. I asked him six times to clean up weeds in my yard but he refused to because we "were going to dig up my driveway". So it was his priority to maximize his profits and allow my yard to look like a shameless mess all summer long. He has NO a pride in his job and your yard. I paid him $3000 up front as a down payment for the driveway and to maintain my lawn all summer. This is how it looked. He came out, we talked, and I provided some sketches of what I was looking for. Jack came back with an estimate the next day and we agreed for him to start work in a couple of weeks. Due to the location of our property line and the small space he was working with, he and his crew had to wheelbarrow out all the dirt and bring in all the gravel. It took only one day, and now we are able to enjoy our outdoor shower. I was very pleased with both the work and communication. Jack was easy to work with and charged a reasonable rate for the work.
