First of all, from a tourist point of view, the design completely aligns with the progressive vibe of this area. Jaheim welcomed us as soon as we walked in. It was explained that there are two parts to the restaurant: one side was table service with air conditioning, the other side was service from the bar without air conditioning yet plenty of fans. We elected to stay in the side with table service. Jaheim was very kind and hospitable. We ordered 2 lemonades and the Asian Chicken Salad. We were surprised how quickly we were served! The salad had the right amount of dressing and the lemonade wasn't too sweet. Perfect! The restaurant itself is clean and well maintained. The music and ambiance is calming with soft cafe style music. Fitting for a Sunday afternoon. If you're looking for a non touristy area with southern charm, this just might be it! When reading the other reviews, consider how many reviews the author has written before judging.
