Abducted by Aliens??????No! NO! NO-NO-NO-NO!!!!! STOP, TERRIBLE CHOICE. Look for ANYONE ELSE. I'm out $1K - He simply disappeared with a replacement awning I paid $1000 for. He was supposed to return with it and attached it. I have tried to get in touch and he doesn't have the balls to even call me back. Its been 18 months and he has had more than enough time to get his act together. If I hear he has had an illness, injury, abducted by aliens or another legit reason I will gladly revise my alarm. Don't EVER use this guy. I should have listened to the other reviews but he was the only one to come on sight near me. Let's start with horrible customer service and inability to show up on time, if he even shows up at all that day. We hired him to fix a water heater (something I could have done myself but figured he's already coming), and that our toilet has been clogged since we got it. He thought valves, if not replace the tank (which he did make clear he didn't do). He fixed the water heater with no issues. And replaced the valves on the camper and told us to put chemicals in. Well 2 days later his horrible glue job came apart and flooded my under belly and ruined all the insulation with black and gray water. He said "there were a few mouse turds in there so it needed to be replaced anyways" well I could live 50 years with mouse turds, can't do that with water damage. Came back to fix for "free" and still messed it up. A valves only job is too control the flow of water, this wasn't happening. The mechanic I had to bring it to after said that it leaked like a sieve and so he replaced it...for the 3rd time. So don't hire him unless you want lazy over priced work not done on time and to still be in the same situation after, just with less money. I have more than enough to take him to small claims courts with my receipts and mechanics diagnosis of the damage and the fact he had to replace everything Brandon "fixed". (I have before and after pics). I will be following up on that when I have the time to deal with court. But the dude not only cost me 1k for services, but I had to pay the mechanic another 1700 to fix the damage he caused and parts he "fixed". Ntm all the time he wasted by not showing up when scheduled and having to keep coming back to fix mistakes over the period of a month. I was waiting until this mechanic was done to leave my review to make sure I was right in my accusations of just how horrible Brandon is. But it's not so much about the money, as it is about him getting away with this or doing it to others. Oh and 1 more thing, after I told him the 2nd time that it was STILL leaking he did come back.... BUT he didn't talk to anyone or let us know he was here or even coming, and didn't try to fix it. He just took a video of him pulling the valve in and out, very deceptively though cause he wasn't showing it control the flow of water(a valves only job) Real shady shit. But I took a video after with the pipes off to slow it wasn't stopping the water at all. He's a wicked big POS trying to cover his garbage work. If it's a small project just google it yourself, if it's too big of a project just save yourself the trouble and bring it to a reliable shop. Whatever you do, don't use Brandon! If Brandon would like to reach out and make it right, I will delete these. I see him respond to positive reviews, but not negative ones, so I'm gonna assume he will just continue to ignore me. So I hope Brandon has horrible day, and that everyday for the rest of his life is worse than the last. POS. read more
