I generally don't like to complain but this time I am. I went with Premier to ship my four case wine collection from Medford, Oregon to New Jersey. One case arrived on schedule then nothing. I contacted Stanton (the manager) and asked him what was going on. He found out two cases were broken in transit in California with UPS. He mentioned 4 bottles were destroyed and he would have the wine repacked and shipped. When I received the wine 10 bottles were not there meaning broken. The rest of the wine had some wine stained labels and the 10 bottles were valued at over $500 plus the $146 shipping fee. He contacted UPS and they would not offer any compensation for their blunder and neither would Premier. I do not recommend this company (how could anyone.) read more

Everything came through without any issues, arrived right on the day I requested, and the packaging job was impressive. I was called to discuss the cost of shipping and insurance, and we came to an agreement on the best solution without breaking the bank. Premier Packaging and Shipping, EXCELLENT SERVICE AND STAFF I have used Premier Packaging and Shipping since May of 2012 when I relocated to the Medford metro area. Without qualification they are the finest professional, mail, packaging and shipping business I have ever used. My profession, kept me moving from one domestic location to another then to an international location, so on and so on, etc, etc. A mail service was a necessity of my vocation. As I reflect, this is the longest I have lived in any one location in my few short 76 years. All that relocating necessitated using mail services to keep up with routine and business mail, one that could facilitate re-mailing or shipping as the situation dictated. (A change of address every year or so or even less is considered by some as an indicator of nefarious activity or being in the witness protection program) I suppose, now that my life is settling down somewhat I could get a mail box, or get a post office box, but neither would provide the peace of mind or convenience of having a single secure location, professionally staffed to facilitate the handling of everything from a franked one ounce letter to a package the size of a baby elephant weighing in excess of 200 lbs. A single location familiar with not only domestic mail and shipping but as well the vagaries of international shipping. Which by the way do very dramatically from country to country and often times may be impacted by which dictator is in charge when your shipment arrives. Master's degrees are offered in the logistics of fees and formalities surrounding and impacting foreign shipments. On occasion, when retrieving my mail I am toughly amazed by the general public's lack of understanding, and appreciation regarding the intricacies of international shipping, let alone domestic practices and procedures. Bottom line, coming up on nine years of excellent service, by professional, proficient, personable staff Premier Packaging and Shipping is my 150% recommendation. read more

I had called up and Julie the new girl couldn't even answer the basic question of how much the cost of a mailbox rental costs. She put me on hold for around 10 minutes before I hung up. I tried calling back numerous times, but it was going to the answering machine. She finally answered and barely had the answers of the cost. I blame a lack of store training from either the managers or the staff in general. Sad place I wouldn't recommend this place unless you want no help at all. The owner should look into better training materials like maybe a sheet with prices for the employees. read more

NEVER, EVER send an international shipment with these people. They screwed up a shipment to Norway so bad that it took several days to fix things and get the package delivered. The woman on duty didn't have a clue what she was doing and after more than half an hour of her making phone calls (to her boss?), she said everything was ok, but that she wanted to check about the address first and would call us about it later. She never did. She just went ahead put the addresses in wrong and never bothered to call us - which makes us think she didn't do anything after we left. Needless to say, we will never use them again and you shouldn't either. The number of one star reviews about them should give you a clue. read more

Not good service at all! I don't write reviews, but decided to after Premier shipping did not "crate" our very valuable original painting well! They advertise to crate valuables, but they don't do it very well!!! They charged us $175 to crate a valuable original painting sold by a galley in Southern California and shipped to the east coast. Upon Fedex delivery the crate was smashed and the painting had several thousand dollars of damage! I called the owner several times and he would never return the call! We have owned businesses before- maybe you don't want to call a customer back, but you definitely do it! The gallery has crated and shipped millions of dollars of artwork before and never had artwork damaged. Even if it was dropped it should have withstood proper crating! Nothing but excellent service from Premier Packaging and a special shout out to Sarah. I left a computer at an Ashland hotel and Premier, picked it up for an extremely reasonable $5, packaged it carefully in bubble wrap AND styrofoam, made sure it would go out the same day (even though they were under no obligation to do so) and was professional and friendly the entire time. Everyone has bad service once in awhile, but rarely do people post the good stuff. 5 stars to this company! read more

Worst customer service ever! I have them 3 chances. The first time the owner treated me like a moron because I had never known they changed their name. Second time female employee assured me not to worry about marking my package "Fragile", that she would do it. She did not! I bubble wrapped , used styro peanuts and newspaper!! The recipient sent me I tires and there were no "FRAGILE" markings on the box. When I went in to file an insurance claim, (as the female clerk told my husband to just come in and they would handle it. So I went in and first told the owner that I was assured that the clerk would mark FRAGILE on the box. He immediately said it wouldn't matter. Those postal workers just throw boxes around. Completely missing the point. An employee assured me she would do something for me and didn't! And apparently have me wrong info, because I didn't need to make a trip in there either!
