I asked if they planned to look at my timing belt to confirm if it was cracked or I could delay the change, they said they visualized it (lies) & they assured me it needed to be changed because it was cracked (not cracked at removal @ different shop). Only fluids systems were recommended for flushing/change. No sooner than a month later, I went to another shop for a leaking axel and they found my brakes were metal on metal... which was missed and usually included in an "inspection."

I was distraught because I had my 79 year old husband and my sister, both of whom are disabled, with me. I got to Sioux Empire Automotive with 10 lbs of pressure In the tire. They saw how distressed I was and fit me in that afternoon. They couldn't fix the tire but they had a tire that matched the other 3. A couple of hours later we were on our way. I own three campers 2/5 wheels and a pull behind and I spent thousands of dollars there in the last year and a half and then I realized that I was being taken advantage of they are way more expensive than their competition and not honest this is my opinion Take it for yourself I believe in loyalty, but I don't believe in someone taking advantage of me . Every estimate they've ever given me when I get there they charge me double it's disgusting and it is a very bad business practice.
