Good car wash but the location isn't great. The line of cars usually streams out into the road blocking traffic. There is not a separate entrance for the self serve stalls so you have to wait behind those in line for the drive thru. read more

Confusing for someone who has never been there before. Drove in and the vacuums were right by the road, so wrongly assumed that was first. Couldn't figure out how the hose disconnected. I guess entrance is on another street. It would have been appropriate for someone to tell me how this place works. I have out of state plates on my car, it should have given someone a clue that I needed help. I left. If anyone can recommend a good full service car wash it would be appreciated. I happened upon this car wash this morning (Christmas Eve). Because I had been traveling, my car was filthy. I've never been to a full-service car wash like this, so I was a bit confused about how it worked. The employees were all so patient, helpful, and most of all, CHEERFUL! On a day that they could have been home with their families, they brought joy--and clean cars!--to others. I would drive miles to seek out this car wash again. Very happy with the free high power self serve vacuum. There is a self service car wash available with numerous stalls but I chose the auto wash with the under carriage option. Very pleasant help and love the towel drying. My car looks great again. This car wash is conveniently located in the shopping center of South Dakota's largest city. Advice for turning into the place is, make sure you are coming from the south heading north. It can be difficult to make the left hand turn being so close to 41st st. If you are coming from the north, go to the Target stop sign and turn around in the parking lot so you can be in the right lane on Louise ave. Very happy with my experience. read more

Quite the hidden little gem. I went into the self wash and there were 5 different bays you could drive into to wash. The only thing I can complain about is driving back into traffic. You are better off turning to go with the traffic then cross lanes. read more

Stopped here a few days ago and was unsure where to go to pay. Before I could put the car in park this super friendly guy came right up to my car and told me everything I needed to know. I just left the fast car wash on Sycamore Ave. I spent 20 minutes trying to clean up what the car wash did not. The bottom 3 inches all the way around my truck were still muddy. I guess i could have brought it through again but I am sure the results would have been the same, these car wash is not set up to handle 1/2 ton pickups. I guess if you have lots of time and don't mind cleaning your vehicle the areas that the car wash does not get it is ok. Not impressed. read more
