Fantastic Service and Quality Repair! The service people and mechanic's are above and beyond almost anyone else in the area. I took my vehicle in with some warning lights that came on. They ran the diagnostic's and figured out what was going on. They contacted me, explained everything that needed to be repaired and explain how my warranty worked on the vehicle. They were in constant contact with me whenever they got updated information. I felt very welcomed and they listened to what I said. I have been in Sioux Falls for 3 years. Initially I had a 1997 Buick Park Ave. Last year I bought a new Subaru Legacy. I have frequented only 12th Street automotive this entire time. It was our first day of a week-long road trip, and our engine locked up on the interstate. A quick internet search brought us to 12th Street Auto, and we couldn't be more thankful. We needed to have our engine replaced, and everyone was super accommodating, informative, and kind. 300 miles away from home, and they even let us use their car to go grab lunch (with three kids in tow)! We where on I29 with frozen fuel. The tow truck driver took my truck to 12th street auto care because that's where they always take them because they are the best he said. We are from out of town so they easily could have taken advantage of us but they didn't. Within half hour of arriving they took the truck in and repaired the problem. As it was being repaired we kept getting updates and they made us feel at ease and welcome. The bill was very reasonable and fair, I would recommend these guys to anyone read more

We are new to area and needed exhaust work done on my 3500 Dodge, the guys were great from the appointment setup through the repairs, top notch customer service. I will be a regular customer for both my vehicles when I need service and any repairs. I forgot to mention they have a shuttle for their customers if needed that is worth a lot, not many shops provide a service as such. Nice waiting room if you are to wait for your vehicle. 12th Street Auto is where I take my vehicles for all car care needs. They did an oil change just yesterday and did their inspection. They found out that my wife's back brake pads needed replaced. I would have not checked on that right away, if they hadn't done that it would have been more expensive to get it repaired. My car lit up an icon that I needed a tire rotation and they honestly told me that I was good for now and when to come back for a follow up.
