Somehow a part that was on back order one day not due to arrive for a while, was then replaced the next day. The issue is back and now we find out they did a fix we werent aware of, sure seems like the part was probably never replaced to begin with. So buyer beware!!! Dont go here!!!

Upon receiving it, it was painfully obvious it was NOT an OEM Ford unit, but was instead a cheap parts store reman engine. I immediately contacted them and made them aware of this fact. I was told then that they would stand behind it regardless, no problem, don't worry, etc.... We did not have any extra time on my side, so we decided to go ahead and install it in our customer's vehicle based on the assurance that they would stand behind it. Fast forward about 7-8 months and of course the engine failed. We contacted them immediately and reminded them of their so-called guarantee. They still indicated they would take care of it. To date, I have made no less than 8 phone calls to Pat, the manager, and emailed him a number of times. Always the same story (they are trying to get the engine warrantied through the rebuilder, haven't heard, will call, etc...). We have been blown off and I am sure they have zero intent of making good on their promise, so I am out $2500 (I even covered the labor for my customer to install a GOOD reman, which cost me an ADDITIONAL $2060!). I give fair warning to anyone buying anything from these guys-DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will screw you over and laugh all the way to the bank.

After packing all of our…read morethings in our 2003 Crown Victoria as we headed out for coffee one of our spark plugs flew out of the head of the engine! (Yikes!) We were in Montana from Kansas and we had a 1300 mile, 20 hour journey before we would be home with work on Monday. We called many shops in the area before finding Cheese Factory on Google. All the other shops said they were booked out for the entire day/2 weeks or more. This was the only shop that was willing to take us in and get us fixed up so we could get on the road. They recommended a small cafe in the town my wife and I could go and eat at. We walked back and saw our car in the garage being worked on, and about 20 minutes later it was ready to hit the road for Kansas. My wife and I were blown away by their professionalism and kind hearts for taking in the car of two Flatlanders far away from home! Shout out to Kevin and the entire staff at the Cheese Factory for getting us on the road and back home!
