I'm not even sure where to begin. I've been struggling with plantar fasciitis for at least 7…read moremonths. It was starting to cause depression and I was feeling helpless after trying everything I was told. Insoles, new shoes, rest, night brave, stretching, physical therapy, anti inflammatory meds, steroids, and the ever so painful cortisone shot in my foot. Ouch!!!! Everything I love to do includes being on my feet and my daily routine was seriously altered due to the pain in my foot. Long story short, I met the most compassionate pickleball player/ doctor ever who told me, there's hope for debilitating plantar fasciitis. I listened and believed and let me tell you, SHES AN ANGEL!!!!! After hearing the benefits, I agreed and with zero pain from the injections....... I CAN WALK PAIN FREE!!!!!
