I went here to receive treatment for scar tissue and was dismissed within 5 minutes. I spent more time on the phone and online submitting my history and insurance information than the entire exam. Dr. Spring had received all of my information including x-rays and CT scan results and even though she had that information ahead of time and KNEW she could not help me, it was clearly more financially beneficial to her to have me come in with my hopes up for some type of treatment only to be dismissed within 5 minutes and charge me and my insurance company!! This type of unethical behavior/treatment is why insurance rates are so high! Incredibly disappointing! Avoid this facility at all costs! There are better and more understanding providers out there!

I had a consultation booked and was rescheduled three times, so I eventually changed providers in the office, only to have that consultation changed as well. It's as if their office isn't aware some people work, go to school, have children or sometimes go out of town - when I have an appointment booked, I keep it and I'm used to my doctors doing the same. Not at Lift. You can expect when you've scheduled an appointment there, it's going to get changed. I booked a procedure for my mother that required her to travel from out of state and her appointment was also changed twice, causing her to lose $ on her travel fees. I've complained to management in their office and they apologize but it's evident they don't care...that the message they're sending is their patients' time isn't as valuable as the staff's.

They do not honor Medicare, (who else does this ????) so seniors are expected to pay CASH, including $$ for the appointment to assess financial abilities!!!! I have never been treated so rudely. Other reviews mention extensive waits even with scheduled appointments. Courtesy is expected, but trust is essential, I would never trust this clinic. There are certainly more appropriate Oral Surgeons, but you may have to drive a little further, I certainly will.

I understand…read moresome people are comfortable talking about anything anywhere but maybe some awareness on time and place could be of use to conversations that don't need to be had around patients. My partner (already nervous about having to go under for surgery) finally waking up from anesthesia still coming to should not have to be waking up to graphic conversations about abortion and miscarriages. That is highly inappropriate and inconsiderate. Have some respect for your patients and maybe avoid traumatic conversations around those waking up from anesthesia or better yet in general those who had no say in being involved in those conversations. I highly doubt anyone waking up from anesthesias wants to wake up to traumatic conversations, I know it made my partner highly uncomfortable and want to leave immediately, so maybe some awareness on that could be addressed by higher ups? Thanks.
