I really like that they use high quality ingredients and most of the produce is locally and organically grown so not only does it taste great but it's also nutritious. Prices are not insubstantial but the portions are massive - I always eat 1/2 burrito and save the other 1/2 for later. Considering that, it's really a good deal. The service is friendly and prompt. The ambiance is unpretentious - it's basically a roadside food truck so while you can sit outside and eat at one of the picnic tables on a nice day, I usually plan to grab and go. You can see from my pics that it's adjacent to the Rustic Hut on Interstate 93 on the outskirts of Florence, MT - pretty easy to spot as you're driving but can be missed if you're distracted. So overall, you're gonna get great food from nice, hardworking people and directly contribute to the local economy - that's checking a lot of boxes.
