Without a hint of a smile, we were asked three times if we were ready to order, even as we explained we were visiting for the first time and tried to be friendly. The other person working rescued the situation by being kind and initiating welcoming banter. We would definitely go back for the ice cream (and may, since we've discovered two more shops in towns we will pass through), but I'd encourage some work on customer service in the Missoula spot to match the quality of the product!

The meal portions are perfect, and lean toward large but not too large. I give the hash browns a PERFECT score - quality, taste, perfectly brown and crunchy outside with the soft shreds in the center. I will dream about these hash browns in days to come. My only constructive criticism would be that I prefer Huevos rancheros with more tomatillo sauce - it came with sauce under the crisp tortilla instead of over the shredded pork so I was hoping for more sauce - thought the flavor was there. I also added a couple of scoops of hash browns into the mix, because when you have perfect hash browns why would you not add them!
