I called a few times and we were kind of playing phone tag to reach each other. So, the owner actually texted me after I left a voicemail and offered to stop by to see what we wanted to get rid of and what we wanted to donate. I expressed the importance of where I would like our things donated and the owner totally respected my request! When I met the owner he was such a nice man and looked at what we had and even struck up a nice conversation with me. He then asked me when would I like to have everything picked up and I gave him a day and then I asked him what his price for the pickup and donations would be. He took into account that I was donating over 10 big moving boxes and cut the price and said he'll have his brother and a small crew come by on the day I requested. It's been a good company for several months but now that I'm trying to have four garbage cans…read morepicked up because I've completed my yard project there's a problem. I've called seven times in the last week and they won't pick up the four cans. The address is on court and close to road 100. I've called seven times and the cans continue to sit on the street for a week. I'm going to call the City of Pasco and complain and bill Basin Disposal for storage of the extra garbage cans on my property. Since I'm a CBC business professor I'll track down the CEO and ask them to come to CBC business class to explain how this is good service. I don't know how many more weeks the garbage cans will be out on the road.
