He had a hankering for a few cigars so we went in and was promptly welcomed by an older gentleman wearing a mask. While I don't smoke cigars or pipes there were a few aspects I noticed and appreciated. The shop itself was well organized and labeled. Everything was easy to see. They appeared to have a nice variety of cigars and kept the modified infused cigars in a separate case from the traditional cigars. All the product was easily accessible. But really what made the shop pop was the customer service. The man there was extremely informative offering suggestions on different cigars based on what my friend liked. Then when my friend said he needed a lighter the gentleman offered a lighter that was behind the counter that was cheaper than the lighters on the counter providing a very convincing argument as to why. He liked the reliability more. He helped my friend prep one of the cigars so he could smoke immediately and then warmly offered suggestions where we could walk and my friend could smoke and enjoy himself. It was an extremely pleasant experience. It appears that the shop isn't fully stocked. There were several shelves in the back of the store that were completely empty. But otherwise it seemed like a nice variety for a cute little store. I was glad we stopped in.

We decided to go together yesterday, 7/13/19, but the guy that was working was less than helpful. As someone who doesn't vape or anything I had no clue what I was doing. I asked for recommendations and he said he didn't have any, just a few that he didn't quite recommend. He was rude, he didn't tell me how to set up my pen, (putting the coils in, juice, or fill out the warranty card that says the store has to fill it out) I'm happy with what is purchased (nord pen kit and CBD juice) but I'm disappointed with the lack of knowledge, commentary, or customer service.
