While their cigar selection is smaller than the other lounge in town, it still manages to stock plenty of different cigars. They also have pipes and pipe tobacco. The staff knows their stuff, able to give you suggestions based on your flavor preferences. I was able to pick up some bulk Cornell and Diehl pipe tobacco far cheaper than buying it in tins. They do craft cocktails, and have great beers on tap. There's also a food place close by that you can order food from, and bring it in to the shop. Every time I go in there's people sitting there playing a game, or just talking in groups It's a chill, sort of intimate vibe, like coffee shops in the 90's used to be before the big chains took over and ruined that scene. I've been here twice since they opened three weeks ago. This place is flat out awesome…read more They have a huge walk-in humidor with tons of cigars, many of which I had never tried before. They have a full bar. They allow you to bring food in from the nearby restaurants if you want to eat. They have seats and tables and plenty of places to relax. They have a great ventilation system that pulls the smoke out of the building. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help you find what you need. They also listen to what people are saying. Between this and the other cigar place, Post Falls is blessed with two great cigar lounges. I wonder what Coeur d'Alene has been doing, since they've either chased businesses like this out or never let them get started in the first place. Oh well. That's to Post Fall's benefit.

The guy that helped her a few weeks ago was apparently extremely knowledgeable and helpful, leaving her feeling confident in her purchase and willing to recommend this place to everyone- myself included. We decided to go together yesterday, 7/13/19, but the guy that was working was less than helpful. As someone who doesn't vape or anything I had no clue what I was doing. I asked for recommendations and he said he didn't have any, just a few that he didn't quite recommend. He was rude, he didn't tell me how to set up my pen, (putting the coils in, juice, or fill out the warranty card that says the store has to fill it out) I'm happy with what is purchased (nord pen kit and CBD juice) but I'm disappointed with the lack of knowledge, commentary, or customer service. I hope next time I go in I experience the guy that helped my friends.

Vapor Cafe sells fake products…read more I purchased a pack of Juul Pods which are obviously fake from the packaging to the physical Pod to the taste.. fake. If you look on Juul's website, they have a store locator that does not show Vapor Cafe being a store they sell their products to. DO NOT GO TO VAPOR CAFE UNLESS YOU LIKE FAKE PRODUCTS
