They have manual bumpers which fall down or are broken, and they are not available on every lane. The ball returns get stuck repeatedly. The pin drop does not trigger ever time, so the player has to redo their turn a lot. The screens only work sometime. Most of the balls have holes drilled for giant hands, spaced far apart...or are tiny holes and adult cannot use. Some of the balls have chunks missing out of them. It is poorly lit and falling apart. The employees do not pay attention to the bowlers and you have to hunt one down if the ball or pins get stuck...or just walk down the lane and fix it yourself. The food is fairly good, but considering the state of the place everything is very overpriced.

It wasn't super crowded so we were able to get food and get a booth without hassle. After we ate we went into the arcade section. We were happy to be told it was "half off day." The games were half price. The arcade is basically a much cheaper version of Dave and Buster. They have some of the same games but many weren't working properly.
