I come here from time to time to wash bedding and bathroom rugs.. washing machine went out at home so headed here. We needed to wash large blankets that don't fit our home washer. After finding this off the beaten path laundromat I decided to go inside and a look. look. I there were out of order signs on at least 20-25 % of the machines, the facility was not well lit, it was dirty, and someone's children were using the laundry carts to push each other around in. There did not appear to be an attendant in the building. After seeing how run down and unwelcoming it was, we decided to go a town over (Snowflake, AZ) to a much cleaner, well lit, and cared for facility. As a former business owner, I don't understand an owner letting their investment fall into such disrepair. Unless i hear they've completely renovated the place, I will not return. It's sad to see the only business of its kind left to tallk apart. read more

Hard to find. Google Maps shows it IN the intersection of Woodland & White Mtn Blvd. Address listing in Google Maps and Yelp show it as 727 N Woodland. Apple maps shows it on Meadow St. (?????) All 3 are wrong. It's on South Woodland, not North! Also, no sign out front. Owner should fix these things. After 45 mins of hunting for it I found it was clean, most machines worked, but several dryers were marked out of order. I'd give it a 4 outta 5 for condition of facility. Owners are great. Machines work well. Clean the clothes well drys the clothes well . Tons of space and folding tables sometimes it is really busy but you just have to wait a few minutes and a machine or two will open up. Patience comes with all laundromats it's a revolving door. Sometimes it's super busy sometimes it's empty. read more

Let me start with: I am rarely one to complain, let alone leave a bad review. However, I am extremely disappointed in this place and feel compelled to warn others. After taking 10+ minutes fighting with their quarter machines--with brand new, crisp bills, straight from the bank--I had just put my second and final load of laundry into the washer, ready to add soap, when the girl who works here said "Sorry, last load needs to go in by 7:00 so I'm going to have to ask you to remove that." I looked at the clock, and realized it was only 7:05 FIVE MINUTES late. And my laundry was already loaded. I asked if I could just use the washer and skip the dryer for this load, and she said no. It would have been done by now (7:35), had she allowed it. We are a full-time RV family and spend a lot of time in this area, as do our community of traveling and local friends. Needless to say, I will NOT be coming back, and will make sure to share this experience with others asking for recommendations. read more

Everything you need for a simple wash and dry at your local laundromat. The place could use a cleaning and the walls repaired to protect the little kids running around from being injured. The prices seem fair and the machines are usually clean. read more

We have been going to Big Springs for the past two summers. When it opened the large space with nice new washers and dryers was a 5-star laundromat. Since then the lack of cleaning and maintenance at the facility has taken it's toll. The washers have detergent and water stains on the fronts. A funky smell is ever-present in the washers. The dryers need a dusting. The uni-sex restroom is gross and is rarely cleaned. The WiFi is free and works great. Parking is convenient but could use a good sweeping since the mud that was deposited from the last heavy rains remains on the concrete. Regular washers are $2.00 a load and larger washers are available for $7.00 a load. The largest washers have not had hot water for several weeks. Dryers come in small and large sizes. We use the smaller fryers and it takes $1.00 for 40 minutes. A little TLC and this place would again be the best in the area. read more

I plopped in my quarters for my load of laundry and about a minute in to the wash the machine stopped. I called the owner whose number is listed on a blackboard by the change machine and was told he would be there in a bit. Well, he showed up, refunded me for the machine that wasn't working, reimbursed me for the machine I was using and gave me a free wash for my next visit. Never seen that happen before at any establishment I have ever visited. This place and its owner would get 5 stars if I could give it. read more

A very nice laundry, actually a breath of fresh air from the place I had been going. The machines are fairly new and the laundromat is clean. My only recommendation would be to add a few more chairs as there are only four or five which is not enough. read more

It's very dirty. A lot of machines are out of order. A big load is $7. I had to pay $5 to wash 8 towels because there were no $3 dollar ones available. I don't understand why they aren't mopping and sweeping. The trash is overflowing. They did come in near closing time and start cleaning. With that many customers it needs cleaned throughout the day. It looked a lot nicer as I was leaving than when I got there. read more

Very nice laundromat! Always very clean and hardly any broken machines. Plenty of space to wait or fold your laundry. Free WiFi that works well! Multiple sized washers ranging from small to which costs $2 to Large which costs $7. Dryers are all $.50. Does get busy on the weekends. My only suggestion would be to add stops to hold open the doors which would make walking in with your laundry basket a little easier. Overall, a good place to go! read more

I been camping in this area for two weeks, I came out of the campground to do my laundry and came to big Springs laundromat. I left my clothes drying while I went to the store (gone 20 min) on my way back it was gone. Someone took it. I doubt it was by mistake. read more

One more thing about this place. They have a stain pretreatment area with special stain lifter products that can be used for specific stains. I have never, ever seen that in a laundromat. read more

I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons. They don't offer credit card payment but there is a quarter machine and it could have been cleaner. It wasn't bad but it's just not that hard to wipe things off and mop the floor. I would use them again if needed. read more

This laundry keeps getting better!! Extremely clean..every time we have been here, the staff is wiping down machines, doing the doors, or sweeping. They even have a vending machine now!! This is by far the cleanest laundry mat in Pinetop Lakeside Arizona. 16 washing machines and 16 dryers. Some do big items like comforters. Clean restroom facilities free Wi-Fi friendly staff. Open 8 to 8 Sunday thru Thursday and 8 to 9 Friday and Saturday. Last load one hour before closing. I highly recommend if you need to do laundry in the Pinetop Lakeside area. A little off the beaten path but sure worth the drive. read more

Took a large bedspread for dry cleaning and it came out perfect! We will definitely be back for all our dry cleaning needs.

Beautiful big and clean laundry. Lots of front loading washers and dryers. Plus two oversized washers for comforters or blankets. Coin machine if you don't have quarters and a very clean restroom. Easy to get too lots of parking. read more
