There were approximately 10 or so clients either getting pedicures or manicures and we all looked at each other like WTH. I had brought my mom with me and she wasn't sat next to me for the manicure and she gets a bit confused and didn't know why we weren't sitting together. I got a simple cuticle trim, nothing else and was charged the price for a regular manicure. Although the price is reasonable, I want to go to a salon that is relaxing, this isn't it.

Before coming, I had already shaped my nails to look the way I wanted (almond shape) and then did a simple design on just the ring nails. I understand that cost of goods are increasing so prices have increased but they wanted to charge me for my nail shape because since I got builder gel, they have to reshape them after and the almond shape costs extra. I was able to dispute the charge but I just don't understand why filing my nails is not part of the cost of the job. They're usually pretty nice and the space is clean.
