Took my daughter to get eyebrows waxed. She has only had a wax done 3 times. Lady rushed and waxed too much off one eyebrow and then blamed it on my daughter saying she needs to leave that area alone and another lady walked up asking my daughter what she did to her eyebrow. I love getting my pedicures here! I usually do my own nail dip to save money but I had an event and I wanted my nails flawless! I came here after I broke a few nails to see if they could shape them properly and y'all! This lady kept the length of my nails by shaping them by hand. She put the nail dip on the broken nail and built them up to match the rest of my nails (rather than cutting them all at the same length). They were very patient with me being indecisive and agreed to do one nail completely to see if it was the look I wanted. Love love love them! And the gentleman up front is so nice. He always addresses me by my name and walks around to make sure everyone is taken care of. I've been here a few times and will continue to return. read more

My rating isn't because of the quality of pedicure we received as it was actually quite good, but rather because of the rude treatment my mother received while there. She's in her 60s and has very dry heels and obviously if you've ever been to a nail salon you know they get all of the dry skin off. Well the woman doing my pedicure started pointing and laughing at my mom's feet. I'm sure I had a confused look on my face because she got my attention and was pointing at her feet/the dry skin sloughed off and laughing. I asked if they always pointed and laughed at customers like that and she just kept laughing so I'm assuming she didn't understand me but I'm honestly just blown away about the whole situation. Not to mention the place was packed to add to the embarrassment. I've never experienced something like that before. My mom was embarrassed and I'm still livid. Needless to say, we'll keep our business elsewhere in the future. I just wanted to warn others of the treatment she received. I brought it to the attention of the woman who checked us out and she first tried to defend the woman, saying that they were probably talking about something unrelated but I told her that she was obviously trying to get my attention and was pointing and laughing. I dropped in for a quick pedicure and was shocked at the prices. Not the actual price. $22 for a pedicure is a little high for Kaufman but not scary high. However, while starting my feet, the nail tech asked me (very poor English) if I wanted my toenails clipped. I was shocked and thought I misunderstood. Do people ever come in for a pedicure and not have this done? Next, another employee came up and asked if I wants my feet scrubbed. The dead skin. Again, I was shocked. This used to be my wife's favorite place to go till today . We spent 100s there every year . Today she went to have her toes done and went to pay with a gift card our sons had bought her . Despite the name in the building and the name on the gift card still being the same they refused to honor it saying the owner had changed . 56.00 would have kept a long time customer happy instead of costing the place a lot more money in not only her lost business but everyone she has contacts with . This salon is extremely deceptive! My daughter and I went to Euphoria today and got 2 dip nails and 1 pedicure and spent over $200! I was shocked to say the least. I looked at my receipt and they charged my daughter for a very expensive $75 organic pedicure. She wanted a basic lavender pedicure, and they duped her because she is young. This is wrong on so many levels and I was so mad. My daughter said that there was absolutely nothing different or "organic" about this pedi so she had no idea it was different or so expensive. The services were already rendered so I could not argue after the fact. Buyer beware. We will never go back. My daughter learned a very expensive life lesson. read more

I am 16 and just got a gel pedicure and asked for the regular lavender set. When my mom and I were checking out and looked at our receipt they charged us $75 dollars for my pedicure. When I usually get a gel pedicure it is around $50 at most, so this was very confusing. I looked at the receipt and it said "organic pedicure", I did not know this was even an option and felt very used. I told the man who asked me what I wanted that I just want a gel lavender pedicure. I said nothing about the organic one. He just assumed I wanted that and did even tell me there is a difference between them. I am very mad and upset because I feel like I got taken advantage from and stole from. I want a refund for the difference and I will never be back to this nail salon again! read more

I've been here multiple times, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but this is the straw that broke the camel's back. I came in less than a week ago to get the dip powder nails; I've had it done a couple of times, and I want something to last longer than gel, because it always seems to lift a couple of days after I get it done from here. I came in on a Saturday, and it was busy, given that it's a weekend. When they started to do my nails, they didn't push back my cuticles or anything like that to prepare my nail, they just filed it. The guy doing my nails made them very thick and shaped them to look fake, even when I asked to keep my nails in the natural shape that they're in. He did a messy job on doing my nails. leaving powder on my fingers and under my nails. I wasn't happy with the way they turned out, and I was beyond over it when he asked if there was anything wrong, because there was nothing that could be done to fix it. read more

She must of had a very high tolerance to heat. I had to tell her to stop. I tried talking to 'manager', I'll talk to her. I will not go back. Even if you have an appointment you have to wait. Only 3 people here are good at their job honestly. If you don't look like you have money they don't treat you the same. Every time I got a pedicure I would have to tell them to repaint them because half the nail was not painted and my nails would be cut really short and crooked. Went today get a classic pedicure. The place was nice lots of colors available . The one who did my toes called Jenny she's very nice and good I had an ingrown nail so she fixed it well. I told the manager about the 10%off you get from yelp as a first time do he said I don't know who put that it's not us but I will give it to you !!!! So we paid 20$ instead of 22$ lol and gave Jenny tip 5$ .I will come back next month am sure my ingrown will grow back and start to hurt . One thing I didn't like is I don't think the clippers and stuff was sanitized am not sure but I didn't see them cleaning it or opening a new pack I asked she said it's clean so am not sure next time I'll see . read more

This time not so good, don't know if it has changed owners or what. But if you do decide to go here make sure you tell them you don't want David, it was obvious that he didn't want to be the one to work on me. I made my first appointment for a pedicure and dips on a Friday afternoon, so understandably they were busy. I asked for a deluxe pedicure that they had listed to last 45 minutes. The technician rushed through the hot towels and the stone massage and completed everything in 35 minutes. The result was OK. About halfway through the pedicure, another technician started working on the dips. He did not address my cuticles at all and I had to listen to a sales pitch for a $4,900 water filter the whole time. It's been awhile since I visited a nail salon for a pedicure. Got greeted immediately and told them that I just need my manicure and pedicure. Oh boy how I could have missed a pedicure for so long!!!! The place is sparkling new and clean!!! All the ladies are very respectful as they do not converse with each other like other places and only focus on working on your nails. I highly recommend this place for a nice mani/pedi. I would give them zero stars if I could. I went with a bridal party to get our nails done (dip gel). They were over booked, didn't have enough space, and were rushing every customer. We had booked way in advance. My nail technician ruined my fingers. She used an electric file on my skin. Not the finger nail. She filed all of my skin around my nails. I looked down to see blood shoot out of my pinky across my hand. She just wiped off the blood and continued to file my skin to the bone. Not to mention that the file was not clean and had been used on many many customers. She rushed through the entire process. When she was done she just stood up and went to work on someones feet. She didn't bother to tell me anything, just up and left. My fingers were in so much pain, and I had waited almost an hour to get a chair. The next day there was blood in my nail polish and my fingers continued to bleed. I'm not the person to complain about things, but this was an awful experience. One of the other bridesmaids also had blood on her fingers from the file. My fingers hurt for two days straight. This place is unprofessional and very unsanitary . YOU SHOULD NEVER BE IN PAIN OR BLEED AT A NAIL SALON!!! I am genuinely surprised I don't have a major infection on my hands right now. Don't take the risk at this place!!! read more

I went in today like I usually do once every two weeks and asked for my regular pedi, full set and eyebrow wax and a Monday morning and I got my pedi with was great but then I was put in a chair where I sat for a hour and a half until I just got up paid and walked out. I was the only one there when I got there and they were pulling people and doing their nails that had just walked in while I sat patiently waiting. It was very frustrating because I usually have a great experience when I'm there. And they were not understaffed at all. One guy was sitting at a desk watching videos on his phone and the women working were just crowding around desks talking and laughing. I understand having to wait if I walk in on a Saturday but on a Monday morning there is no excuse for someone to have to wait at minimum an hour and a half to get taken care of. Apparently while I took a month hiatus from my routine something changed. Very well may be the last time I go back!!!! read more
