I had to come here to gather all my belongings from my vehicle after a car accident this weekend. I didn't want to be here but this was about as pleasant of an experience as it could be. Lady behind the window processed everything and made me sign a few forms and then opened the secured door for me so we could walk over to my car to get my belongings. I still have quite a few items in my car and she was very kind and helped me with everything. I had to get a bike rack off my car, and she was nice enough to help me. I then also had a phone mount that was help up by my A/C unit and she was able to wiggle it loose. She even helped me carry everything over back to the office and also a 24 can case of soda water I had. After I loaded up my car, I needed to use the bathroom before the long drive back home and she was ok with me using the bathroom. Overall, about as good of an experience as possible! I hope you never have to experience this, but if you do, I hope you also get the same nice lady I had.

I dont think ya'll could have given a straight answer if your lives depended on it! 2. I was not comfortable paying the entire bill when I couldn't get a straight answer of what I was exactly paying for. However, I offered to pay half the night before and half after the work was finished. 3. If you recall, the whole point in getting a mobile mechanic was because I just started a job and I had a meeting in the morning with my director. Which I was very clear on calling ya'll back ASAP after the meeting. Ya'll agreed and decided to make the appt and set expectations that the work would be done. Saving best for last! 4.
