I had my truck towed 7 miles in Gilbert with this company. They towed the truck backwards due to it being rear wheel drive. Tow truck driver moved very quickly and never mentioned anything about possible issues with towing backwards. While under tow the tonto cover ripped off flew over the front, and damaged the hood, windshield, and front right quarter panel. Upon completion of repair I noticed issues right away. I have a picture of the truck hooked up to the tow truck with no damage and sent pictures to Major league showing damage. I called and spoke to the owner. He said anything that flys off is my fault, and they have no liability. Obviously I have never driven the truck 45mph backwards, and never even considered the tonto cover may be ripped off during tow. Driver never mentioned or even gave me a second to make sure the cover was secured, however it was locked as and closed shown by the damaged locking mechanism left behind. The owner has ignored my emails and calls not addressing the issue. 3 days earlier I had the truck towed from north to phoenix to Gilbert (57 miles) with no issues from a company out of north phoenix. If you want any accountability or safe towing I do not recommend this company. I have given them more than a month to do the right thing before leaving this review. I have since submitted a claim to my insurance and they feel the towing company is liable and will address legally. read more

Major League Towing damaged my sons car And refused to take any responsibility for it even though I showed the owner a picture of it hooked up to their truck leaving my house, un damaged, and then showed a picture of it at the mechanic shop 4 minutes after it was dropped off with the back bumper broken and the side skirt halfway torn off. I was yelled at, I was called a liar. The owner was very mean and rude to me even with evidence I showed him. My client recently used Major League Towing for her towing services and since then has spent a week trying to obtain a copy of her payment receipt so that her insurance company can reimburse her. She has called them multiple times and has emailed them as well requesting a copy of her payment receipt and has yet to receive a copy. I have even emailed and called them on her behalf to request the receipt and was given the run-around. So unprofessional. I don't know how people conduct business this way. I am currently STILL waiting for them to provide a copy of the payment receipt... So ridiculous. I will not be referring any of my clients to this company for their towing needs. The driver is rude, and no manners. It appears not a professional well trained towing service. Watch out the price as well. It charges a lot more than $89 dollars what is advertised for the website if you don't points out $89 flat rate. It is more like running a hidden service to get your cash out of pocket as much as possible and it won't give you a formal receipt. I would not recommend this towing service to anyone, and in fact it is risky with no safety, not a reliable driver, very moody without patience. If your car broken down, it is better off to find a trustworthy, and reliable towing service. This is not the one you can trust, and it is extremely not reliable. DO NOT USE MAJOR LEAGUE TOWING IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR IN ONE PIECE. I called when my car broke down on the freeway. Over the phone I let the rep know that the issue was my continental hose letting coolant into my engine had burst. He said they could tow right away, but I said I wouldn't be able to be back with the car until later. Instead of offering to reschedule, the rep kept insisting that it needed to be done right away to avoid getting towed by the state (I had told him over the phone that the state already ensured me they wouldn't tow that day). I gave in and paid over the phone with card, which ended up being $160. I told him that my car was locked and he said it wasn't a problem, and that they didn't need me to be there to get it done. Eventually they got it to my house in a much worse state than it had been before it was towed. Pictures attached show that the rear windshield was shattered in two symmetrical spots (obviously not from debris) and the back left tire was cut and left flat on the inside of the tire. The driver did not let anyone in the house know the car had been delivered, and left very quickly after dropping it off. I was not notified about the windshield or the tire by the company, and only found out when I got home. When I called, the rep claimed he had no idea and would talk to the driver. I received a few calls and texts denying any blame or involvement in the damages, but the story kept changing. They claimed the tire was like that when they got to the car, which was only about an hour after I had last seen it. The tire was also cut in a spot that would have made contact with the ramp used to tow (the car was in park, so the wheels never rotated or moved). When I asked why they didn't notify me about the tire, the response was that lots of people get flat tires and don't tell them. As previously stated, I had already explained that I needed the tow because of an engine problem. There is no logical reason I would have not mentioned the tire. When I asked about the windshield, the rep claimed the driver did not notice the damage when he picked up the car. If this is true, then it must have been broken by the driver. My neighbor's security camera captured the drop off at my house, and the windshield is already broken. There is also no way that he would not have noticed if it had been broken because he had to approach the car from behind in order to get it towed (the car was parked in the rocks on the side of the freeway with the front next to a barrier, so it could only be approached from behind). So either the driver lied, or the windshield was broken during the tow. I will attach pictures of the damage. If I am able to, I will also attach the footage of drop off. When I continued to give them opportunities to tell the truth, they denied any blame, and didn't so much as apologize for the state of the car. I am now out $160 for the tow, as well as upwards of $300 in damages. They will likely continue to deny any fault and will not do the right thing. read more

I would not recommend this company at all! They are cheap but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! We called for a tow 15-20 min after police arrived to the scene of our accident. They told us their flat rate and said they would be on there way it would take around 30 minutes. 30 minutes goes by and they are no where to be found. We call 15 minutes later they say he's on the way it'll be about 20 minutes. So now this is an hour past the time they said they would be here. We call back and they are extremely rude and tell us that we can find a different towing company! UNNACEPTABLE! HORRIBLE BUISNESS! Do not tow with them. read more

I had called one other place that Right Toyota had recommended and it was going to be $120 or so for the tow from Dbacks Spring Training to Right Toyota in North Scottsdale and a 90 minute wait. I wanted to leave a review on Major League Towing even though we ended up not needing a tow, and here's why...... Our car broke down and I called Major League Towing to see how fast we could get a tow, and I was told they could be at our location within 10 to 15 not minutes....Wow! I had called a couple of other tow companies minutes before and I was told hours, which was unacceptable. I mentioned to the man that I would call him back, we were just having our battery tested (luckily we broke down in a parking lot that had a Napa Auto parts store). It ended up that we had a dead battery, but here's why I'm leaving this review.....I received a call back from Major League Towing checking on us to see if we still needed a tow. Now that's excellent service, it's not often a company cares. I appreciate the fact that the company took the time to call us while we were stranded to check up on us. Now that's great service. I will definitely use them in the future if needed. It's not often that a company actually cares.... Well this company does care. Incredibly helpful, saved the day and continued to go above and beyond after the job was done. First, he waited patiently while we dealt with the NIGHTMARE PD-contracted tow yard to release our car. They fabricated some 'rules' and couldn't release it to us (I have my theories why- but that's a different story). Mario was understanding and even though he spent his valuable time to wait outside, agreed to come back the next day and didn't charge us (we did throw him a little something and so should anyone who finds themselves in this situation). The next day after meeting us again at the tow yard, he dropped off our car and faced it the correct direction that we would need to work on it later, (that other tow yard told us they 'legally' could not do that. Not true). Then, on top of everything else, when the receipt didn't get sent to our email address, he was VERY polite and helpful with me calling four times to re-send the receipt. We did get that sorted! This is the ONLY tow company I will ever use again and we made sure to grab a stack of business cards for everyone we know. read more
