Was just driving north on the 51 and was almost taken out by one of their tow trucks who was merging in and out of lanes because the tech was on the phone. Called the company to see if they could at least tell their tech to be careful and the person who answered told me there was nothing they could do about it. Your logo on the side of that truck there ought to be something you can do about it. Very dangerous. read more

I requested a tow through my roadside app. The app gave me a time of approx. 90 minutes and the name of the driver. Gave the company 25 minute of additional time and then called. Guy was rude and said he didn't know who gave me a time frame because they don't do that and it would be at least another 45-60 minutes. Cancelled the request and towed ourselves. Will definitely let my roadside assistance know that they shouldn't recommend this towing company. read more

Scammers and liars! My car needed a jump start. Tech came after 2 hrs and applied the battery box for approximately 10 seconds. As soon as he thought I wasn't looking, he detached it. He then tried to convince me that my alternator was bad and offered me a "special rate" to tow it to the dealership 30 miles away. When an honest person jumped the car, it ran and drove away with no issues. Called my bank to dispute the $75 stolen from me. read more

After calling a few other places, Freeway was the first company to offer help. They sent a tow truck within the quoted time and the driver was very kind and professional. Horrible service. Truck broke down and called them to ensure they would be able to tow our truck. I asked for an ETA and the man said "a couple of hours" but didn't give me an exact time. Waited "a couple of hours" (2 and a half hours) in this horrible heat called them back and he told me they wouldn't be able to come and if they could reschedule for tomorrow. Super inconsiderate of people's time and bad communication. He wasn't even going to call and tell me they wouldn't be able to tow the truck. I don't understand why they take insurance request if they can't handle the work but were quick enough to take my money. Told him that the truck wasn't even parked in a parking spot in a parking lot that will tow vehicles away. He was super unhelpful. Don't waste your time FIND SOMEONE ELSE. read more

I didn't know what to do but a friend recommended Freeway Towing and Storage to me. Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL service. I called them and talked on the phone with Jeromy who was awesome and straight to the point!He dispatched a tow truck driver to me right away and they arrived within 10 minutes to help me put my spare tire on. I usually have to wait HOURS for roadside service, but they came right away. The tow truck driver, Francisco, changed my tire very quickly as well, was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He explained to me everything I needed to know about my spare tire and how to drive with it. I can't thank this company enough, It was less than a 30 minute process altogether. This company did major and costly damage to my son's car. They also kept him waiting for an excessive period of time for the tow, and the communication was poor. They would not even pay me the courtesy of having a civil conversation to discuss over $1200 in alignment and new tires. I have never been treated more disrespectfully ever in my life by a company. I hired this company to tow my car and after they towed it, the tow hook cover and washer cover were both missing. These idiots didn't even know which cover to take off to tow the car, so they took both those off, and after towing the car, they didn't replace them. Now I have 2 giant holes on my front bumper. And the rude employee that answers the phone told me theat they will not replace them because they believe their driver when he said he replaced them. I talked with that moron on the phone and he ended up saying that the employee admitted to not replacing the one. But I would have to call back and talk to the owner. And when I did, they said they refuse to pay for it and return my car to me as they picked it up. I will be hiring a lawyer, and they will end up paying for my lawyer fees on top of everything else. Don't ever use this tow company if you want your car in the same shape you have it to them in. Crooks!! read more
