Received an email from Matthew P. right after placing my order notifying me of the milling defects on the frame on the best one they had in stock (with pictures attached in an email from him), and wanted to know how I'd like to proceed. I notified Springfield Armory about the issue and the firearm in question was sent back to S.A. (before heading my way). Matthew spoke with my wife and took care of the defective SA-35 being sent to Springfield Armory immediately. I called S.A. every week they had it for updates, and they decided to replace the SA-35 in question and send it back to Grady's and then to my FFL. Once received at Grady's, Matthew made a point to get my SA-35 from the loading dock the day it arrived at Grady's, looked it over for any issues, and immediately sent it to my FFL next day air after giving it a thumbs up. Matthew P. went above and beyond in customer service to ensure this customer was accommodated (being a disabled veteran on a limited income). I can't say thank you enough to Matthew P. for all he did to have a happy customer!

Idiots. I bought a shotgun off of Gunbroker from a seller local to that area named "jpservices"…read more "jpservices" delivered the shotgun to JC Outdoors in a case for FFL transfer and shipment. JC Outdoors kept the case, disassembled the shotgun, packed the shotgun in a too small unprotected cardboard box and shipped it USPS. It arrived with a broken stock and butt plate. They are beyond incompetent.

We rented a house not to far from Dutch Bait and brought our boats…read more Unbeknownst to us, the driveway to the house had a 21% grade steep down which meant there was no way we could take our boats down the driveway and nowhere to park the trailer. In our attempt to locate a boat ramp or marina we came across Dutch Bait. They solved our problem immediately with boat storage, guided us to fishing licenses, bait and fishing supplies. If they were not there we don't know what we would have done as we just drove 5 hours to get there. We left and went to the house and was unpacking when we heard someone hollering for someone. When we went to look up at the driveway, there was Donna and Dutch, my husband forgot his credit card and they drive around looking for us. I have bought a couple of knives over the past few months from this location and they have NOT preformed well. I am a daily carrier that uses my knife for basically anything that is required in that moment (I am in the new construction residential industry), however, when I went in an hour ago, I explained HOW I was using these knives, as another one was not preforming. Tim Rowland overheard, stepped up, and showed me a gambit of wonderful knives, catered to my use and needs after listening. I understand that this gentleman is not a salesperson, but one who typically makes the knives in the back, but he took the time to show me around and demoed 8-10 different knifes to make sure I was making the right decision. While before I was price conscious (around $50-$60 budget), today he showed me what I needed to make sure my needs were met. I walked out spending $350 on a blade that I did not intend on buying. But I feel now I have the knife that I need. I will forever buy all of my blades from this shoppe.
