I told the person working at the front desk that it was the wrong size but they looked completely clueless so they went to get another guy to look at it named Eddie, which is where it went downhill. First, he already had an attitude about him where you could tell he did not even want to help. Second, he could not speak proper English so it was difficult to understand everything he said. Third, he looked at the old belt and the new belt and told me they were the same. He just verified their size simply by looking at them. He never asked me what the make and model of my vehicle was to make sure it was the correct part, he just kept insisting that it was correct because they looked the same. He talked down to me as if I was stupid and I was in the wrong. All I wanted was the correct belt size which I was willing to pay for; however, due to this guy's poor customer service skills and rude demeanor, I decided to take my business to O'Reilly Auto Parts instead. This will be the last time I do business with Advance Auto Parts.
