It just didn't feel right, and I knew something needed attention. From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. I spoke with Wayne over the phone, got everything scheduled, and he showed up exactly when he said he would. That alone already set a great tone. Once he got there, Wayne took the time to really look over everything. Not only did he identify the issue I was having, but I also talked with him about lifting the trailer a couple of inches to better match my lifted truck -- something I needed done. He walked me through everything, pointed out additional concerns, and explained it all in a way that made sense. What stood out the most was that Wayne prioritized safety over speed. He didn't rush the job just to get it done -- he made sure it was done right. Even when the work took an extra day, he kept me informed the entire time and explained why the additional time was necessary. That level of communication and transparency is hard to find. The service, communication, and overall experience were top-notch. You can tell they truly care about their work and their customers. If you're anywhere in the San Antonio area and having issues with your RV or trailer, I highly recommend giving them a call. Wayne went above and beyond -- he's not just someone I did business with, he's someone I'd consider a friend now. Hands down, one of the best service experiences I've had

George arrived the next morning and was a pleasure to work with -- respectful and upfront about what would be needed to fix our issue. In our moment of need, these folks came through for us with a level of integrity and responsiveness that I am incredibly thankful for. While the issue wasn't completely resolved due to the complexity of it and not at the fault of the shop, they helped us get back on the road so that we could keep moving on our journey. Thank you so much, S TX Mobile RV!

Unfortunately, my RV and I lost the fight. I had some pretty hefty damage down one whole side of the trailer, and the back wall was ripped loose With a about a 6 inch gap you could see into the bathroom through. Class A worked their magic and made that trailer look like new in what I thought was a pretty short time. I could not have been happier with their service. Last year, my slide wouldn't go back in. I labored to get it in manually and took it to be worked on at Class A. They've got it working like new. While it was in the shop, they also resealed my roof for me. While I was there, I asked about RV storage. Not only did they have it, they had it for 1/3 the price I was paying in San Antonio. Even with the added drive to Pipe Creek, I save time because I'm not dealing with the traffic getting to the Tally Road area. I recommend Class A for any service you need done on your RV. It is a very good company. The office staff is very friendly. Oh... I should mention how one of their technicians stayed on the phone with me for over an hour telling me how to get my slide back in manually so that I could tow it to the shop. He was awesome!

They got us in right away but had to finish the work the next day so we were able to stay in the small rv park Adjacent to the shop in pipe creek.
