Although they could not personally help with the tracking, they were very good with suggestions and still helped with setting the sunroof until I could get help. I was charged for work that was never performed. What makes this even more concerning is that the Manager acknowledged that the work had not been completed, yet I was still billed for it anyway. That is completely unacceptable. I expect honesty and transparency when doing business with an auto service provider, and this experience fell far short of that standard. I strongly recommend that others carefully review their invoices and confirm that all work has actually been completed before paying. I will not be returning. And I will be filing a complaint with the BBB!

I appreciated that a lot and came back, but they realized the nail in the tire is in a place they can't patch, and he said they don't do plugs at their shop. He didn't charge me for any of this and actually told me of a couple other places I could try IF I wanted to try a plug versus just getting a new tire right away (the tire still had lots of life left on it). I ended up trying the plug and so far so good, but I likely will go back to Mavis when it's time to get a new tire altogether. One star off because their waiting area isn't great and when you offer services that require more of a wait like they do, they really need a better waiting area. With a toddler it's hard to keep them from touching outlets or gross surfaces. Otherwise a fine experience.

I left with a whopping tire on the front and wobbly front end. This location is honestly more concerned about making money from tires sales I heard the older guys frustration after getting off the phone with a customer that did not accept his offer on tires. However the young younger guys had great customer service over the on the phone and in person, greeted with smiles, kindness and offered the best deals for my oil change which I initially came in for.
