My truck was driven by employees to another shop and they reported to peers that they felt a "shutter" but just said it must be the sound of the large tires on the vehicle. I have video of the incident on the interstate showing the transmission had no issues at all until my vehicle was driven without permission from Classic to another shop by upper management. The estimator was helpful here but BEWARE before you send your vehicle here because upper management is outright nasty and the quality of work was very poor. They sent it back with a transmission halfway gone and suspension component bolts so loose you can move with your fingers. Reported all to classic and they blamed everyone but themselves before going silent. I'm pursuing legal action against this business. Don't make the mistake I did. Take Your Car Elsewhere if you don't want it torn up and driven without any permission. Also reporting to the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE!!!

My Air Suspension system was, what I thought malfunctioning, and in need of a replacement. They ran a bunch of diagnostic tests, and determined there was nothing wrong with the air suspension at all. They could have charged me anything, yet chose to be HONEST! They only charged a reasonable diagnostic charge and sent me on my way.
