My car was executed exceptionally well. Their communication is thorough and precise. Kelly's Paint & Body does top-notch body work. Hands down impressive. I just picked up my car and am very happy with their work. However, the only thing I am concerned about is the passenger side view mirror. The replacement mirror has etched on writing. The original factory mirror does not have the etched warning. I will call and ask about that. Other than that, I have NO complaints at all. I highly recommend Kelly's Paint & Body. read more

I was in an accident and had major damage in both the front and rear of my car. The customer service was excellent from the moment I brought my car in to picking it up. They were very thorough and always kept me in the loop regular phone calls to updates and the status of the repair. By the end, my car looked like it was brand new! I highly recommend them! Though not related to this business, there is also a Hertz rental office on-site, which was very convenient. read more

They don't like cash transactions. Want everything done through insurance to charge more. 6 week wait to get a fender fix. Whatever!

Best service I think I've ever had from a business! From the estimate, which was done quickly and accurately, to the repair, which was top notch, this was a great experience! I didn't have rental car insurance but the folks at Kelly's helped me get a great rate for a rental car and that car was brought to me and picked up at Kelly's so I didn't have to get someone to drive me back and forth. And Kelly's dealt with my insurance even when more work was needed and Cassy kept me updated throughout the whole process. Best repair shop I've ever worked with and would recommend whole heartedly! read more

We have used this body shop several times over the past several years. Cal the service writer is very attention to detail. Rey good at his job. Receptionist is very pleasant. However our most recent experience was ridiculous. It required a third partly glass vendor which created scheduling challenges. Part/glass and installation kit delivery was an issue. Drop off and pick up where a nightmare. We dropped the off and checked in at 5:15. Instead of Cal we were checked in by a younger gentleman and young lady. They re-did all the photos and checked every mechanical system on the car. Lights directionals horn trunk, power windows etc. the young lady examined every square in of the car and wheels with a washable fustian pen and began drawing circles, lines and arrows on the dirty car anywhere she felt it was perfect. When questioned about her activities she said it was our insurance company's request. A lie (I verified with the company). She saw no issue writing on a dirty car (scratches the paint). Discussed this with the manager, he said it was to protect the company from liability. Worse yet these 2 employees thought it was funny. Pick up wS equally bad. The car was not done on time. The glass installer said it was fine to take the car. However the same female employee took issue and said the glass needed to dry additional time. She held the keys and refused to release them until she typed and created a waiver we were required to sign. She totally disregarded what the glass company told us. They do not wear name tags so we do not know her name. SHE needs a new career. Epic fail of any reasonable customer care! read more

NOT a reputable business. Kelly doesn't honor their pre-scheduled appointments, and their office and shop staff do not seem to have their heads into their jobs. My impression was that they really don't care about putting quality and effort into their work, which is what anyone would want where their car is concerned. If you're looking for a half-hearted job, there are plenty of other places that will do the work - at a better price. read more
