He returned less than 10 minutes later and I joked that he must be finished. HE WAS!!!!! They did not try to gouge me with the industry standard and simply charged me for the bulb. The other car was damaged by them multiple times, they twice tried to return it to us unfinished. It was so bad, they put the door on crooked so it hit the door behind it. Every time we asked them to fix the big scratch they caused or the broken door they put on, we felt like we were begging for extras.
