I fell in love the moment I drove into this park. I have lived at BVW for just over a year. I moved here to provide a beautiful life for my son - and that's exactly what we have! It's quiet, peaceful, safe, friendly, and to be honest- magical! It's far enough in the woods to enjoy the wildlife, but only a few minutes away from town. The school district is great and optional buses for transportation to/from school. My son enjoys playing outside and he feels safe here - because he is. The management and staff do a fantastic job of maintaining the park, they seem to go above and beyond to make this a beautiful and clean place to live. There are rules to live here - but that's part of what keeps our home beautiful and safe... I can see myself living here forever! I have absolutely no regrets buying this home - it truly has been a dream come true. read more

Big Valley Woods is a breathtakingly beautiful place to live. There are creeks, ponds, trees, a beautiful community center, fitness room, community gatherings just about every month and abundant wildlife--deer, squirrels, chipmunks, ducks, geese, raccoons. The management is helpful and caring, tending to the landscaping and keeping the roads clear when we have snow. There are rules, as there should be, but the management is helpful to keep everyone informed when there are things that need to be attended to. I know as a first time homeowner it has been helpful to know when to take care of things and how to keep my home in great condition. The neighbors are like family and make sure that everyone watches out for one another. I know personally that there is no place I would rather live. read more

I have lived in Big Valley Woods for a year and a half now. It has been absolutely amazing. Patty and Vic(Managers) are great to deal with and their team does an amazing job at keep this place looking beautiful. The first time we drove into this community we fell in love. It is quiet and peaceful. It is definitely a hidden gem. The space rent is a little higher then at a lot of places but it is worth every dollar. The standards are high which keeps your yard and everyone else's looking great. We have great neighbors and lots of community events where you can mingle and get to know everyone. The people that run and maintain this park work really hard. They are typically friendly, approachable and helpful. Living in this neighborhood for the past 5 years has been serene. You are essentially living in a forest which makes it quite unique. The space rent is a bit steep and it goes up quite a bit each year, but comparing it to other renting situations in and around the Portland metro, Big Valley Woods is still affordable. The amenities are superior to any other place I've ever rented. This park is one of the nicest and most quite places to live in the Northwest. read more

I have lived in Big Valley Woods for eight years and my partner for 15. We love it here. From the exceptional management and staff to nature to the friends we have made here. We are blessed to live in a community where standards are a benifit. Strole through nature and visit the ducks, geese, see squirrels scurrying blissfully about. Walk the trails and visit the ponds or walk along the babbling creek. Our community is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise chaotic world. Randy and I are happy here. Love living here in Big Valley Woods. I purchased my home in 2014 and it's such a peaceful place to live. Very quiet, which I like a lot. All the beautiful trees and ponds are a super bonus. I also love the way management, Patty & Vic, are always willing to help if any way possible. Big Valley Woods Manufactured Home Community is a peaceful, friendly, safe place to live. You are surrounded by tall trees, nature, wild life, duck ponds and deep creek right in your back yard. The community is very well maintained. It is a little piece of Heaven. We have brought many of our family members to Big Valley where they have purchased homes and they love it just as much as we do. Management makes living here easy. Staff is prompt to address any issues or concerns. The effort put in to maintain the community amazes me. If you are not one to follow basic rules, this is not the place for you. Monthly pot lucks and bingos draw neighbors together and give an opportunity make new friends. We have been here for about 3 years now, and are happy to call BVW home. I would highly reccomend living here to anyone. read more

Lovin' Big Valley Woods, the place is like a vacation spot to live in. Standards are high here and that keeps the park and homes really nice! Employees are friendly and work tireless hours to keep this place beautiful and organized. Ive already 3 friends planning to join the community in the next few years. I have lived here for 4 years and love it! Whenever there has been an issue (which has been very infrequently) it has been addressed promptly, courteously, and professionally. The surroundings are beautiful and I have had some of the best neighbors. People will check on you if they haven't seen you in a while to make sure you're okay. Big Valley Woods is a beautiful 100 acres of emerald forest with bird song that makes hidden stress fly away. The managers Vic, Patty and their team assist us in making our grounds and homes safe, quiet, with your own personal flare encouraged. dont rent here manager is a horrible person her name is patty.have family thats disabled and she is treating eviction over dirt on his vehicle.he is in a wheelchair.keep in mind there is far worse in the park.was also told my kids couldnt play there. horrible woman avoid this place NEW MANAGEMENT AND THEY STINK read more
