These people are incredibly disorganized, telling one what they think you would like to hear but not delivering. Guests are subject to promises and then no resolution when things are not as stated or if there is a problem. They tell the owners the charges are one amount and then heap on additional charges that they did not reveal at the outset. Since they take such terrible care of guests, it reflects badly on the property owners. Calling the office to try to get things straightened is a useless waste of time as the office staff is dysfunctional. Whether you are a guest or an owner, All Seasons Vacation Rentals at Mt. Hood is a really bad company to do business with. read more

Stayed several times at one of their cabins and always were very happy with it. Amazed in fact, since this particular property allows dogs, and we don't have them and are really sensitive to the smell but there has never been any smell or fur or evidence that pets had been there, always amazingly clean. I can't speak to all of their properties but the cabin we've stayed at is a real piece of history on the mountain. It definitely has its old funky edges but that's part of the charm of being in a historic mountain place. The total cost does end up being quite a bit higher than the base price due to add-ons for per person, cleaning fee and pet fee if you have one. But it's still not a bad deal when you consider that you're getting a whole mountain cabin experience not just some generic hotel room. read more

All Seasons Vacation Rentals is wonderful! My family and I stayed at Moose Manor and it was absolutely delightful. The well appointed kitchen made it so easy to make breakfasts! The beds are like sleeping on clouds. Sitting in the hot tub and listening to the river 20 yards away in the evening after a hike, was absolutely magical. We didn't even use the tv room as this home and this area was so breathtaking, we had no use for tv's. The property management was so attentive and helpful with all of our questions. The check in process was quick and easy. I will always be going through All Seasons Vacation Rentals for all of my Mt. Hood trips! read more

Had a super cool stay at one of their places by the river. Oregon is pretty and this house made it feel like you were right in the middle of it. Great location and everything you needed was there in the house :) my son liked the drop down ladder to a little attic space. Thought that was fun. But mostly the river. I'd definitely stay here again. read more

All seasons vacation rentals In Welches customer service is horrible and unhelpful. My husband and I paid a hefty amount to stay in the Mt Hood Retreat home for a get away and we're met with a filthy house and beds that were rock hard. We found a mattress topper stuffed in a closet that had fresh blood on it with blood clots. We notified the office immediately and we're forced to stay in the dirty house all night. In the morning the office staff informed me they wanted to move us to the Bear Creak home and this was not something we wanted to do and I asked to just have someone come clean the house we were in and they denied was that option. We had to pack up and move and wasted a huge chunk of our getaway time doing so. The house we moved to had NO AIR CONDITIONING and multiple ski lights that turned the house into an oven during the afternoon hours. We had to leave the house every day for the afternoons as the heat was too much. We asked the staff about a displacement adjustment to our bill and was denied that and told that they upgraded our home. This was not the truth as I went on the website and both houses were the same cost. I am sorry but I would not return to one of their rentals. They have many lovely looking properties but was disappointed as the rates feel a bit like a bait and switch. Saw multiple listings on VRBO/HomeAway, that says it sleeps anywhere from 8 to 12 people and pet friendly. Turns out the listed rate is based on four people (in the fine print), no mention of the incremental cost for each additional person and pet. Guess that would be fine if I was going with a few single friends and we all wanted our own bedroom....but if you're going as couples or with family - that adds up fast! So what initially sounded like a great deal, knowing that there is then a booking and cleaning fees added on top - come to find out it was an extra $25 per person per night, and $30 per pet. read more

We had a lovely condo in Welches, however All Seasons Vacation Rentals has terrible customer service. disregarding phone calls and emails, and unable to solve our problems. I called and emailed All Seasons before posting this review to give them the opportunity to make things right. They apparently have no interest in doing so. The house we rented was not very clean and was very outdated. The furnace kept shutting off and the temperature would drop down to 58 degrees at night. Four times we took the furnace covers off and got it started. When we went back to turn our keys in we asked for some discount for the heat and All Seasons said they would not discount that we should have called. We thought we were helping them by not having to come out in the middle of the night or early morning. They told us that they had never had that problem before basically telling us we were lying. We paid over $1,100.00 for 2 nights and would have expected a lot more. Would never rent a house from All Seasons again. read more

Stayed in the Huckleberry Cabin for 2 weeks earlier last month and it was perfect! The house was comfortable, clean and homey. Well stocked with things we all need for an extended stay.....laundry soap, dryer sheets, full kitchen with more dishes and pots and pans than I have at home! We recently stayed with All Seasons Vacation Rentals. The house was nice, but it was quite dirty. We were hopeful they could come out a fix the issues, so we gave them a call. They didn't answer (nor return our call) the first evening, and when we called back the next day they told us how the house was clean, and we were just complaining about nothing. My wife encouraged them to come out and take a look, and rather than offering to do so, they started yelling at her over the phone. It made us really uncomfortable. read more

Our property is listed with All Seasons and we have found their customer service to be excellent. After reading previous reviews, we believe they must have improved since the last negative review and have 100% positive experiences as property owners to report. We have checked on our home following housekeeping and found it to be impeccably clean, something which is very important to us. They have responded very quickly every time we have needed them for a maintenance issue and they have gone above and beyond with accepting deliveries for us as we were setting up our home.
