They have 2 locations near my home and they have GREAT coffee and GREAT service. If I feel like a fancier coffee than my usual Americano with lots of cream - I go for a white chocolate mocha. Buffalo Espresso is the only place I get those because they use some sort of white chocolate power that is DE-licious and actually tastes like white chocolate. The syrups that other places use taste like extra sugary caramel - ugh. But here - white chocolate mochas, hot or cold, are fantastic and a real treat. However, those are the only real perks. The espresso tastes burnt, at least on all the mornings that I've come here. I'm not sure if it is the coffee or barista. There are a variety of cookies and treats available for purchase, although they keep food samples out that have faded and wilted and turn customers off towards any purchases besides coffee drinks. Overall, unappealing, but I gave it an extra star for the convenient location, which is the only reason I've come here more than once.
